Steve,

I can suggest an excellent book that you may have seen? Gerald M. Weinberg's book on consulting have been an inspiration to me.

Hi David;
I am involved in a 5 person IT consultancy. We're a reseller for a major software vendor and most of our business is training and consulting. Most of us here are pretty inexperienced and most of the consultant dilemmas that we've encountered have turned out badly. One would think that there would be a blog titled "Top 10 consultant's dilemmas" and how to handle them but I find nothing like that. The above quote is from the organisation development world. Any suggestions for an IT person?
